Refund policy

  1. Exchange - Return not accepted due to color Difference. 10-15% Color difference might be there due to screen resolution and lights.                                                                                         
  2. Exchange - Return not accepted if Customer does not like the material or color of the product order. As we use best quality material in the market and all product details are mentioned in the Product description. We would suggest you to please read all the details before placing the order.                                                                                                                                                  
  3. Exchange - Return not accepted due to any other reasons leading to sudden change of mind after placing the order.                                                                                                                                    
  4. EXCHANGE DUE TO DAMAGED PRODUCTS - It’s extremely unlikely for you to receive damaged / defective or incorrect product, as we have our QC team carefully checking all outfits before dispatching them. However, in rare scenario if you face such issues, we would be happy to assist you with the exchange of the same (contact us- sahez.in@gmail.com)                                           
  5. we have NO Return and NO Refund policy.                                                                                                               
  6. Note - In that case we require a mandatory unboxing video of the product in single video without cuts, enough to convince us.
